Makes ~1qt
4 avocado
1/4 red onion, chopped
1 thai chile, minced
2-3 Tbs sriracha sauce
1 Tbs fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs ginger, minced
1/2 handful cilantro, chopped
1/2 handful mint, chopped
1 large tomato, diced
Juice of 1-1.5 limes
pepper, sugar or kecap manis
Mix and mash. Season to taste - adding a little sugar if needed.
